The fortieth SHOT Show located in Las Vegas that had tens of thousands of visitors and miles of vendors was the perfect place for Big 3 East to award several companies who have presented their products to the media at the twice-yearly event at the Big 3 East facility near Daytona Beach, Florida. The reception was warm and the appreciation was evident when Palmetto State Armory, Battleline tactical training/Maxim Defense and Troy industries were presented sparkling crystal trophies for their outstanding products or services.
Adam Ruonala from Palmetto State Armory, together with the gorgeous and smart Amelia Sapowsky was on hand to accept Big 3 East’s award from the fall, 2017 B3E event for the most outstanding “Pistol Caliber Carbine of The Year”; their 9mm AR pattern long gun. PSA started with veteran Jamin McCallum, who had just returned from deployment, noticed that there did not seem to be a customer friendly company available for the everyday gun enthusiast, so Palmetto State Armory was created to meet those needs. PSA was initially an ammunition and magazine website, but now has grown into a full service company. For more information please view https://www.palmettostatearmory.com/.
Accepting on behalf of Troy industries, was their new president Andrew Finn who with his tremendous marketing czar Juli Brayton, was awarded the rifle trophy for their Special Operations Compatible Carbine (SOCC) series of AR firearms.
